ABOUT TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY PARTNERING: WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
Strategy Partnering is a strategic advisory capability within the Technology Strategy & Insights (TS&I) function, part of Flutter Functions. We partner with technology leaders across Flutter to help shape the Group’s most important technology decisions and support our global brands and functions to win in their markets.
Our work focuses on high-impact strategic initiatives across areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Platforms, Technical Operations, and Enterprise Technology. We operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organisational change — helping leaders frame complex problems, evaluate strategic choices, design future operating models, and align teams behind clear strategic direction.
Our work spans technology strategy, operating model design, executive decision support, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes across a complex, global organisation.
THE ROLE
As a Strategy Partner, you will work directly with senior technology leaders on some of Flutter’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. You will help shape technology strategy, design future operating models, evaluate complex trade-offs, and support executive decision-making across a fast-moving global organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
