About the Role

As the Strategy & Programme Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for creating cross-organisational processes that ensure the right resources, focus, and actions are delivered to enable strategic success. This role will also serve as the liaison point for the Board of Trustees, supporting the delivery of papers, meetings, and ongoing engagement to ensure robust oversight of strategy as well as organisational risk. This includes:

This critical 12-month position aims to set up the Board, the Executive Team, and the Senior Management Team for success by enabling informed, evidence-based decisions to achieve strategic success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of an impact measurement, evaluation, and learning plan.

  • Support the Executive Team and the SMT by setting up processes and tools for the development and oversight of projects, including:
    • Tracking ownership and delivery of strategic initiatives.
    • Identifying risks such as delays, budget overruns, or quality issues.
  • Communicate the strategic roadmap clearly across the organisation, ensuring alignment and accountability for all stakeholders from the Executive Team to delivery colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
