Strategy Project Coordinator Investment London
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Benefits
Location: Hybrid (London-based)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Are you an organised project professional with a passion for strategy, delivery, and stakeholder management?
We are partnering with a growing financial services organisation seeking a Strategy Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project coordination experience who enjoys working across multiple teams, driving progress, and ensuring strategic priorities are delivered effectively.
The Role
As a Strategy Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders and project teams to deliver business-critical programmes and strategic projects. You will monitor project plans, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, and ensure actions are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and action logs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for senior stakeholders.
- Organise meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
- Track project performance and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues where required.
- Support continuous improvement and project management best practices.

About You
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, Strategy Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting strategic, transformation, or business change projects is highly desirable.
- Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP) are advantageous but not essential.
