Strategy & Transformation Manager

Imagine the What. Build the How.

At Scandit, we give people superpowers. Our technology automates workflows and provides actionable insights, enabling delivery drivers, patients, retailers, and businesses across industries to operate more efficiently. Join us as we expand, grow, and innovate—help us reach even greater heights.

Overview

We're seeking a Strategy & Transformation Manager to bolster Scandit's ability to execute across enterprise-wide initiatives. This high-visibility role requires a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of planning and execution. You'll translate Scandit’s strategic priorities into realistic operational plans by driving clarity, structure, and momentum in complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Reporting to the VP Strategy & Chief of Staff, you’ll balance deep strategic thinking with tactical execution, leading projects that directly shape Scandit’s trajectory.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of company-critical initiatives, ensuring dedicated focus on execution, cross-functional alignment, and structured progress (e.g., M&A integration, organisational change).
  • Act as the "get it done" leader for strategic programs, enforcing project management rigor while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
  • Evaluate market opportunities to inform growth strategies, including market entry plans.
  • Lead cross-functional assessments for strategic decisions (partnerships, acquisitions, etc.), collaborating with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams.
  • Synthesise insights and facilitate strategic decision-making as part of Scandit’s Strategy Process.
  • Develop reusable frameworks and playbooks for future business expansion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
