- Front-end advisory
- Transformation design
- Programme mobilisation
Spanning early-stage assessments, business cases, and large-scale change initiatives, we partner with clients—big and small—to deliver meaningful impact.
We’re currently seeking Manager and Senior Manager consultants who combine: ✅ Strong generalist consulting skills ✅ Credibility with senior stakeholders ✅ A solid grasp of modern technology landscapes

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead short, focused engagements, including strategic discoveries, assessments, and business cases
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, building trust and shaping client direction
- Produce high-quality outputs, translating insights into polished recommendations for leadership decisions
- Tailor approaches to diverse industries and client environments
- Identify opportunities to evolve advisory work into full-scale transformation and delivery projects
- Collaborate with delivery teams, subject-matter experts (SMEs), and cross-capgemini partners
Work Environment
Hybrid working is standard:
- Mix of office locations, client sites, and home office days (not 100% remote)
- Adjustments to client proximity and project requirements
What You’ll Do Daily
Role-Specific Duties
As a Senior Manager in the Advisory team, you’ll spearhead:
- Front-end advisory efforts, helping clients define challenges and map next steps
- Action as a trusted advisor—bridging consulting judgment and technical awareness
- Scope and deliver engagements with commercial ROI in mind
- Accelerate transformation by transitioning advisory work into delivery initiatives
- Drive practice growth, including:
- Go-to-market strategies
- Proposition development
- Mentorship
- Continuously upskill:
- Stay current on emerging technologies
- Adopt agile working methods

Who You Are
Skills & Experience
Required attributes: 🔺 Consulting background at Manager/Senior level 🔺 Track record leading front-end engagements (definition → recommendation) 🔺 Technology fluency (e.g., at least one domain relevant to):

- Cloud & infrastructure services
- Engagement management
- Data centre transformation/networks
- Cybersecurity & resilience
- Data, analytics, and AI integration 🔺 Impactful communicator: Ability to simplify complexity—turn niche issues into actionable narratives for executives 🔺 Business development edge: Experience in client conversations, proposal writing, and proposal pitching 🔺 Fast learner: Adaptability to stay relevant as industries and technologies evolve 🔺 Client focus: Ability to elicit genuine trust and credible engagement outcomes
