Job Description
The StratOps team sits under the COO Office, and is responsible for driving cross functional, enterprise wide strategic initiatives on behalf of the COO. The team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with senior leadership across the business to deliver strategic priorities that cut across Commercial, Product & Tech, Strategy & Operations.
As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering the Group's strategic agenda by owning discrete workstreams within complex strategic projects. You will translate ambiguous problems into structured analysis, generate actionable insights, and contribute to shaping strategic recommendations, while actively engaging stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead key workstreams within strategic initiatives across Strategy & Operations (e.g. Trading, Performance Marketing)
- Drive and implement initiatives post-decision, ensuring delivery and troubleshooting risks and roadblocks
- Produce high-quality materials with clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to challenge assumptions, refine analysis, and align on recommendations

Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting stratops, or a related analytical field
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems
- Advanced presentation development skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses and strategic recommendations into clear, compelling, executive-ready slide decks.
- Strong communication skills, with experience producing compelling, executive-level materials
- Ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in sports, betting or entertainment preferred but not required
