Senior Site Supervisor – Street Lighting | Enfield
About the Role

Located at M Group Highways, we’re shaping the future of safe transportation across the UK by designing and maintaining critical infrastructure. You’ll join our Street Lighting Team, responsible for installing and maintaining over 350,000 street lighting assets—ensuring bright, operational infrastructure across communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise site teams to deliver their job purpose and monitor performance, ensuring accountability and high standards
- Uphold company systems to guarantee safety, quality, and compliance with regulations
- Oversee sub-contractors and suppliers in collaboration with the Compliance Team
- Monitor projects for time, cost, safety, and quality, maintaining deadlines and budgets
- Lead the installation and maintenance of street lighting, install signage, and ensure all equipment meets specifications
- Accurately collate documentation, electronic records, and job sheets while ensuring quality compliance
- Manage daily resources, including holidays, sickness, and performance challenges
- Supervise site staff, handling training, development, and HR matters
- Enforce safety policies—protecting workforce, public, and vehicles
- Travel required to various worksites across Enfield
