Street Outreach Worker at P3

Hours & Shift Pattern

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00
  • Office-based with regular travel

About the Role

We are looking for a Street Outreach Worker to work with people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, disabilities, and multiple disadvantages. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting 2–3 weekly outreach sessions in Warwick and Stratford.
  • Engaging with individuals sleeping rough, building trust, and helping them access support.
  • Focusing on securing stable housing and connecting clients to long-term services.

This role requires someone who is:

  • Compassionate and resilient in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A strong team player with a genuine desire to make meaningful improvements to someone’s life.
