An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Structural Engineer seeking a new challenge. You will be joining the Civil & Structural Engineering division within this well-established and highly reputable property consultancy, specialising in buildings projects.
The firm covers architecture, MEP, surveying, sustainability, masterplanning, and structural design with around 150 staff. With over 100 years of industry presence and backed by a major investment firm, the company has solid financial stability and strong market growth potential.
They operate on a collaborative, team-driven basis, offering holistic support to clients. Proud of a "team-sharing" ethos, they aim to enhance efficiency, work towards better margins, and deliver top-notch client service instead of separate silos-based cost centres.
The structural team currently consists of 12 staff and is seeking to expand, recognizing the value of investing in this division.

- Seeking a candidate with 2–4 years of experience in buildings structures projects.
- Strong preference for expertise in both reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structural designs.
- Essential: Access to a British passport (due to security clearance requirements).
- Desired: Familiarity with Rhino and Grasshopper.
- Added support: Accelerated Chartership pathway.
This role offers the chance to establish a unique niche within both the professional structural engineering industry and the firm.
