Structural Engineer : Dudley

A well-established and growing engineering consultancy in Dudley is looking to appoint an experienced Structural Engineer to join its expanding team. With a strong reputation for delivering innovative, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions, the consultancy works across an exciting mix of residential, commercial, education, and high-rise developments.

As a Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, architects, and fellow engineers, taking ownership of designs, solving complex engineering challenges, and helping to deliver projects that make a lasting impact on the built environment.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in working within a consultancy environment.
  • Confident designing a variety of building structures using a range of materials.
  • Experience across residential developments is essential.
  • Exposure to commercial, education, or high-rise projects would be highly beneficial.

The successful Structural Engineer will have excellent technical and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client service. Knowledge of current design standards and experience using industry-standard structural design software are expected.
