Structural Engineer

Graduate Structural Engineer (1+ Years Experience)

Location: Near High Wycombe

Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits + Ongoing Professional Development

Are you a Graduate Structural Engineer with around one year’s consultancy experience looking to take the next step in your career?

My client is a friendly, supportive structural engineering consultancy based near High Wycombe, looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Structural Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting projects while receiving outstanding mentoring, training, and support towards your professional development.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with the design and analysis of structural projects across a variety of sectors.
  • Collaborating with experienced engineers from concept design through to construction.
  • Preparing calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
  • Attending site visits and client meetings.
  • Developing technical knowledge with structured mentoring and training.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Approximately one year’s experience within a structureal engineering consultancy.
  • A solid understanding of structural design principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning.
