Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 per annum Type: Full-time Location: City of London, London
A Structural Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant building design experience is sought to join this award-winning and progressive central London-based structural consultancy firm.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join one of London’s top practices:
- A UK firm with nearly 200 staff, focusing on sustainable and architecturally challenging building design projects.
- Projects range from small-scale to £50m+, with flexibility for engineers to take responsibility for their own projects, attend client and architecture meetings, and liaise directly with stakeholders.
- The firm has won multiple industry awards for its work and is looking for top-tier candidates who will thrive in their dynamic culture.
Requirements
- Ideally: A CCAB-qualified structural engineer (or near-qualification) with 3+ years post-qualification experience, preferably with a UK-based structural engineering consultancy.
- Must demonstrate:
- Technical excellence in building structures.
- Strong communication and architectural sensibility.
- Experience across diverse building typologies (new build and refurbishment).
- Bonus: Existing London-based candidates and those with refurbishment experience.
