Structural Engineer / Senior Structural Engineer
We are working with a well-established multi-disciplinary firm looking to strengthen its building structures team with the appointment of a:
- Structural Engineer (4–7 years' experience), or
- Senior Structural Engineer (7–10 years' experience).
This role is ideal for those seeking progressive career growth and exposure to a diverse range of projects, including:
- Renewable energy developments
- Industrial facilities
- Data centres
- Complex commercial buildings
The Opportunity
In this position, you’ll contribute to high-impact, multi-sector projects rather than specialising in a single domain. This variety ensures you gain broad technical and project management experience, working closely with:
- Stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external design teams

Key Responsibilities
- Designing complex structural systems using steel and concrete.
- Collaborating across interdisciplinary teams to deliver robust, innovative solutions.
- Developing project management and technical leadership skills.
- Engaging directly with clients and design teams to deliver technical consultation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4–10 years’ experience in structural consulting engineering.
- Strong grasp of steel/concrete structural design and other advanced materials.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Pro-active mindset focused on continuous development (Chartership advancement a plus but not mandatory).

Salary range: £38,000–£54,000 ( været salary är beroende på erfarenhet och merit)
