The Role

We’re seeking a Structural Engineer with 3–5 years' experience (including at least 1 year in the UK) who is eager to advance their career and help reshape the future of engineering. A background in refurbishment projects would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on ranging projects, from community spaces to landmark developments, applying curiosity, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in delivering client projects on time and budget
  • Support design development for small and medium-sized projects
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on larger, complex assignments
  • Engage with clients, architects, sustainability consultants, and colleagues
  • Participate in site visits, meetings, and hands-on problem-solving
  • Contribute to project scopes, fee planning, and technical documentation
  • Support drawings and production information
  • Progress towards CPD and Chartership, with our full support

About You

We’re looking for a technically skilled, thoughtful, and collaborative engineer who is passionate about making a positive impact.Ideal candidates should have:

  • 3–5 years’ post-graduation experience in structural engineering
  • Minimum 1 year in a UK-based engineering consultancy
  • Experience working on refurbishment projects (preferred but not mandatory)
  • On the path to Chartership or actively pursuing it
  • Ability to work independently (smaller tasks) and effectively within teams
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with timber or composite structures (a plus)
