About the Role
Would you be interested in joining a large, privately owned multidisciplinary design consultancy based in Watford?
We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Structural Engineer with a few years of buildings design experience. We offer a mid-sized, collaborative design team where autonomy is valued, and every member contributes meaningfully to projects.
About the Company
Our business works on a diverse portfolio, including:
- Light industrial and warehouse designs
- High-end residential projects (limited scope)
- Major city centre mixed-use developments
- Retail projects for multinational brands
- Transport and hotel development
Project value ranges from £100,000 to £45million, offering exposure to commercial and public sector clients.

Requirements
Experience
• Several years under your belt in buildings design • Proven ability to drive client relationships and take responsibility • Adaptable, career-driven mindset with a collaborative rather than siloed approach
