Structural Engineer

Our practice thrives across industrial, education, transport, and commercial sectors, specialising in low- and zero-carbon buildings, as well as retrofit and refurbishment projects. The regional workload diversity—and strong client relationships—has driven sustained growth, creating needs for new talent.

Our current portfolio includes:

  • Complex manufacturing facilities for blue-chip clients

  • Green energy-supporting infrastructure
  • University facilities
  • Smaller-scale structural retrofit projects

The Opportunity

An exciting role is available for a talented and enthusiastic Structural Engineer to join our friendly Midlands team, where engineering excellence drives architectural outcomes. We seek a ** Skilled Structural Engineer** capable of delivering diverse designs (new builds and refurbishments) across:

  • Manufacturing, rail, hospitals, healthcare facilities
  • Data centers, education, energy projects
  • Commercial developments

Is this you? We’re looking for:

  • Passion for structural engineering with a practical understanding of buildings
  • Skill in collaborative multidisciplinary environments
  • Clear communication (sketches, drawings, presentations, and writing)
  • Quality execution, working within teams to deliver timely, budget-conscious specifications, and drawings
  • Degree-qualified Structural or Civil Engineer, striving toward Chartership with the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) or Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
  • Eagerness for professional development and a desire to tackle challenging, skill-building projects
