Our client is a well-established structural engineering consultancy based in Oxfordshire, with a reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Structural Engineer to join a small, vibrant team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on increasing responsibility while working closely with experienced engineers in a collaborative environment. You will be involved in projects from concept through to completion, gaining valuable technical and client-facing experience.

The Structural Engineer Role
We are looking for someone who:
- Has around 2-5 years experience within a structural engineering consultancy.
- Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Has experience designing in common structural materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
- Is familiar with industry-standard design software.
- Communicates confidently with colleagues, clients, and other design professionals.
- Is enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to continue developing their technical skills.
- Is working towards Chartered Engineer status (or planning to).
