Job Title: Structural Revit Technician
Location: Leeds
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Shift Type: Monday – Friday (Flexible Working Hours)
The Opportunity
A growing, employee-owned Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join its Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy delivering high-quality building structures projects across a diverse range of sectors. You will play a key role in the digital delivery of projects, working at the forefront of BIM and 3D modelling within a collaborative design environment. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to developing its people, the business offers clear progression opportunities into senior-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality structural models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Deliver detailed design information from concept through to construction
- Coordinate effectively with engineers and multidisciplinary design teams
- Ensure all work aligns with BIM standards and best practice digital delivery
- Attend project meetings and present technical information where required
- Manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as a Structural Revit Technician
- Proven track record delivering building structures projects (up to £75m desirable)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
- Experience using Navisworks and strong understanding of BIM principles
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed structural drawings
- Strong coordination skills within a design team environment
- Experience working across all project stages from concept to construction
- Full UK driving licence

- Confident communicator, both internally and with clients
- Strong problem-solving ability and spatial awareness (3D visualisation)
