Are you a structural technician with a few years of experience in a structural Revit role for buildings structures and seeking a new challenge? A British passport is essential as security clearance is needed for the current projects.
Are you forward-thinking and dynamic in your design approach?
Do you enjoy diversity of work, learning, and development and keen to progress?
You will be involved in RIBA projects at stage 1 & 2 with a wide variety of large building schemes on offer. Creativity and liaison skills are essential.
You will be joining the Civil & Structural Engineering division within this well-established and highly reputable property consultancy working on building projects.
The firm covers architecture, MEP, Surveying, Sustainability, Masterplanning, and structural design. They have around 200 staff and have been established over 100 years with a highly reputable industry name. They are backed by a large investment firm meaning that they are assured financial stability and are in an excellent market position for continued success.

You will be working alongside the Senior Revit Technician in the Civil/Structural Division and assisting with the project delivery from the Revit side. The team will be growing further in the coming months. Projects are mainly steel and RC and often larger schemes.
Projects are very varied in both size and scope, currently including work in the defence sector, industrial buildings, residential projects, projects for the Police, garden centres, schools, and concrete resi mid-rise frames, to name but some. Projects are commonly up to £40m in value but some smaller and can go up to £200m.

You will most likely have a minimum of 2 years of buildings structures Revit experience to be suited to this role.
