An international financial institution is looking for a Structured Finance Analyst.

Structured Finance Analyst - Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence and credit analysis on new project finance transactions and prepare investment proposals for the Branch Credit Committee
  • Manage documentation process of project finance transactions
  • Monitor the performance and credit risk of existing project finance transactions
  • Review borrower consent requests and prepare recommendations for Branch Management and overseas Head Office where required
  • Evaluate financial information and identify potential risks associated with lending opportunities
  • Provide analysis and reporting to support structured finance activities and investment decisions
  • Support a middle-back team in the Department, such as KYC when closing the transactions, funding request to the Branch’s treasury, and drawdown over the course of loan life.
  • Support the Senior Manager and team with administrative tasks, including record keeping, scheduling and documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Branch to ensure efficient transaction management and compliance with internal procedures

Structured Finance Analyst - Requirements

  • Previous experience of Project finance transactions as a member of front team or a credit reviewer in the credit risk management side is preferable
  • Experience gained in either a UK, Japanese or other European financial institution is preferable.
  • Proficient/Advanced - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
