Structured Finance Associates | London | 2–4 PQE & 4+ PQE
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for talented Structured Finance Associates to join the London office of a leading international law firm.
The team is recognised for advising on some of the market's most sophisticated CLO and structured credit transactions, acting for leading asset managers, arrangers and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers looking to deepen their expertise in structured finance while working alongside highly regarded practitioners on market-leading transactions.
The successful candidates will have:
- Between 2–4 years' PQE or 4+ years' PQE.
- Experience advising on CLOs, securitisations or broader structured finance transactions.
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in business development.
