Structured Finance Lawyer (Contract) – In House – London (Hybrid)

We’re currently working with a leading global investment bank that is looking to bring on an additional lawyer to support its structured finance team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with a strong finance background to gain exposure to a broad range of complex transactions and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The Role

You will be involved in a wide variety of structured finance activities, including: Supporting transactions across securitisation, real estate finance, fund finance, and other structured products Working closely with structurers, traders, and internal stakeholders Reviewing legal documentation, due diligence materials, and legal opinions Liaising with and managing external counsel Assessing transactions from a legal, regulatory, and reputational perspective Supporting the execution of complex financing transactions Gaining hands-on experience on the trading floor, working directly alongside the business

About You

Qualified lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE Strong background in banking or finance Demonstrable interest in structured finance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
