Structured FI Funding Pricing & Capital Team – London / Hybrid
Location: London / Hybrid Working (expectation of 2 days in-office per week) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week/flexible days/hours (Mon-Fri)) Salary: Competitive
The Role
The Structured FI Funding team is responsible for originating, structuring and managing cash positions that support SME loan portfolios, asset finance, and other debt receivable products.
This role will shape strategy for the product line within the broader Structured FI Solutions team, designing and enhancing new/existing products to optimise effectiveness in SME lending markets. You will drive successful execution vs. agreed business plans, securing positions across the entire capital stack (directly or indirectly).

As the expert in your products, you’ll act as a key internal and external stakeholder contact, while mentoring junior colleagues to sustain capability and continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transaction execution for your product line against the business plan
- Oversee post-completion transitions in partnership with Transaction Management and Middle Office for effective long-term management
- Ensure regulatory compliance across transactions (risk management, Subsidy Control, procurement, etc.)
- Mentor junior team members, facilitating structured guarantees and wholesale transactions
Key Requirements:
- Proven expertise in trading and structuring cash securitisations, asset-backed finance, or specialty finance products
- Deep understanding of capital structures, market techniques and regulatory frameworks
- Strategic mindset for navigating SME lending markets and capital stack
