In This Role You Will:
- Partner with Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors and CIO/Investment teams to deliver structured solutions (multi-asset, multi-currency)
- Advise UHNW clients on themes, ideas and risk—translating payoff mechanics into clear outcomes and trade-offs
- Originate, price and execute structured trades, owning the process end-to-end across the product lifecycle
- Work closely with counterparties and internal stakeholders to source ideas, optimise pricing and deliver on time
- Bring macro/markets insight and high-conviction trade ideas to Private Bank investment forums
- Keep suitability, governance and strong client outcomes front and centre
- Simplify and standardise workflows to reduce operational risk and strengthen controls
- Drive automation and improve reporting/MI across systems and tools
To Be Successful in This Role You Should Meet the Following Requirements:
- Extensive structured products experience (Private Banking/Wealth/Investment Banking)
- CISI Level 4 (incl. Derivatives) or CFA Level 1 + IMC 1&2 (essential)
- Strong execution/trading capability; client-facing experience is a plus, but senior credibility is essential
- Ability to explain structured products clearly to audiences with different levels of sophistication
- Strong prioritisation, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to risk and controls
- Comfortable working at pace and under pressure—while staying collaborative and team-first
- Track record of driving change (process, platform, automation, reporting/MI improvements)
- Bloomberg, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential (coding skills a bonus)
