Direct Reports
- Hierarchical Manager: Global Head of PB Structured Products
- Functional Manager: Local Head of Investment Services
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the best execution in a secure framework in open architecture – focus on the UK activity
- Pricing of structured products in a secure operational framework
- Focus on flow products (in comparison to solution products)
- Ensure best execution in accordance with regulatory requirements (documentation etc.)
- Management of the Issuer relationship, with a focus on the search for internal group synergies
- Back up of the Solutions activity in case of needs.
- Cover other entities with the rest of the SP team in case of needs.

Support of the commercial development of the structured products activity in the UK
- Take initiatives to achieve quantitative objectives for the structured products business
- Participate in implementing a commercial strategy in coordination with local SP leader
- Build strong relationship with private bankers and team of bankers
- Provide expertise and support to internal partners and clients
- Create and implement products education of internal business partners – or end clients if needed.
- Deployment of digital tools to internal business partners

Development of tactical trade ideas
- Design, analysis, and selection of SP tactical ideas (trading axis, market opportunities etc.)
- Promotion of new payoffs within subscription products

Digital development
- Participate in defining needs and test the Multi Issuers Platform for UK
- Price discovery and Execution of flow products within the Multi Issuers Platform
- Deployment of digital tools to internal business partners (trainings etc.)
- Take initiatives on the digital side to support the local development of the activity
