Run Capital Partners is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Structured Products Sales team in London. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of structured investment products, working closely with Sales, Trading, Structuring, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams. The successful candidate will support the sales team in delivering tailored investment solutions to clients and will gain valuable exposure to financial markets and structured products.

Please note: This role requires full professional proficiency in both Italian and English, as the successful candidate will work directly with Italian-speaking clients and counterparties.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior sales professionals with client relationship management and business development.
  • Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and client materials.
  • Assist with client onboarding, KYC, and AML documentation.
  • Coordinate with Trading, Structuring, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Review transaction documentation and termsheets.
  • Monitor financial markets and structured product developments.
  • Prepare reports on client activity and business performance.
  • Support operational processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and structured products.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Previous internship experience in financial services is advantageous but not required.
