Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Structured Products Sales team as an Assistant. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial environment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the pricing of structured products across various asset classes
- Support the generation and analysis of trade ideas tailored to client needs
- Collaborate in the creation and refinement of marketing materials and product documentation
- Conduct market research and assist in preparing client presentations
- Liaise with internal teams to support the sales workflow
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate or early-stage professional (0–1 year experience in finance)
- Strong interest in financial markets, derivatives, and investment products
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg, VBA, or Python is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian is a plus
- Eligible to work in the UK
