Rural Land Management and Consultancy – Key Member (Cirencester)
About the Role
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to become a key member of the Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Cirencester.
The team specialises in the management of Rural Estates and provides a wide range of professional rural advice. Their expertise and technical excellence have earned an impressive client base, advising some of the most respected clients in the region. This role blends Estate Management with professional working within a collaborative team environment.
Key Deliverables
- Acting as the principal agent for select estate management clients
- Conducting estate and farming business reviews
- Managing diversification projects
- Assisting clients with strategic land promotion
- Securing lended finance and conducting professional valuations
Person Specification
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Educated to degree level
- Professionally qualified with MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience working to deadlines
- Must hold a full, valid driving licence

Essential Experience & Competencies
- Competent MRICS-qualified rural surveyor with experience delivering across diverse rural projects
- Demonstrated team leadership potential, capable of building strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities
- Maintains a composed mindset under pressure, ensuring resilience in high-stress situations
- Strong time management and workload prioritisation skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines
- Precision and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering seamless relationships with:
