  • A genuine enthusiasm for the rural industry and the challenges of modern land management.
  • An inquisitive mind with a drive for personal growth and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agriculture, Land Management, Geography, Law).
