Residential Estate Agent (Farnham Office)
About the Role
As a member of the Farnham Residential office, you will be a key representative of the firm’s brand and act as the first point of contact for clients. This role primarily involves customer-facing duties alongside occasional administrative support for the team.
The role operates on a Saturday-only rota basis from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the position being office-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and engaging with client interactions in person
- Registering new applicants
- Booking property viewings and conducting market appraisals
- Providing feedback to vendors post-viewing
- Undertaking any ad hoc duties as required by the team

Person Specification
While formal experience isn’t essential, you should bring:
- Previous customer service experience in a high standard environment, particularly with upscale clientele.
- A professional and trustworthy approach to work.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
