Student Cribs are looking for driven, sociable people to become our Student Brand Managers. In return you will be trained by our team in marketing, sales and customer service, and receive a competitive hourly rate and bonus'.

Previous Brand Managers have gone on to work at Knight Frank, JP Morgan, Clifford Chance and Deloitte.

Please note applications are now open for our 2026/27 intake, with work starting in October 2026.

What You Will Do

  • Be the face of Student Cribs within your University community
  • Show prospective tenants around our Cribs, communicating the Student Cribs experience and key information about the Crib and surrounding areas.
  • Learn and understand Student Cribs processes and policies, to support other students with enquiring, booking viewings and Cribs
  • Propose and manage marketing & events on campus
  • Contribute fresh ideas to grow awareness of the Student Cribs brand on campus
  • Proactively promote Student Cribs within existing networks
  • Attend training with Student Cribs Leadership, learning about marketing, sales and customer service

Essential Criteria

  • Sociable and outgoing
  • Interested in marketing and sales
  • Reliable and organized (Able to fit work around your university studies)
  • Motivated to upskill and build experience in sales, marketing and customer service

Nice to Have

  • Member of one or more clubs and societies, or similar social groups on campus
  • Interest in social media and have active accounts (regularly create / post content)
