Student Conducts & Complaints Officer – Permanent/FTE (40 hours, £35,500–£37,750)

The purpose of this role is central to managing student misconduct and complaints across all campuses and partner institutions. The role ensures a fair, timely, and consistent response to both student misconduct and complaints while upholding the values and ethical standards of the GBS community.
NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.
核心职责
- Lead investigations into alleged breaches of the GBS Student Code of Conduct and related policies, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate caseloads, including:
- Conducting interviews with students and witnesses.
- Taking statements, gathering evidence, and handling a range of conduct issues.
- Collaborate with law enforcement (Police) where investigations escalate.
- Prepare detailed fact reports with evidence-based recommendations for sanctions or next steps.
- Monthly and annual reporting to identify trends, systemic issues, and implement preventative measures.
- Contribute to strategic projects as assigned by senior academic staff.
