What we are looking for

Are you passionate about helping our university partners and students succeed and delivering exceptional service, then we would love to talk to you about joining our team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Making targeted outbound calls to prospective students as part of a three month project to maximise applications, confirmations and ultimately enrolments
  • Adhering to pre-agreed service level commitments.
  • Maintaining data integrity protocols, ensuring it is consistently and accurately recorded.
  • Undertaking other such duties may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business.

What you’ll have

  • Confident and professional telephone manners.
  • Superb communication skills including an excellent standard of spoken and written English.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and high level of initiative.

  • Experience of using Excel and Word.
