About the Role

As a Student Experience Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in delivering an outstanding student living experience and overseeing daily operations for your property. You’ll work closely with Student Experience Managers, facilities and housekeeping teams, ensuring your team provides excellent service and maintains a safe, welcoming environment. • Act as the point of escalation for incidents and ensure every situation is managed calmly, professionally, and with care.
  • Keep our spaces clean, tidy, and well-maintained - taking pride in every detail.
  • Collaborate with the day and night teams to ensure a seamless student experience across shifts.
  • Build connections with students, supporting welfare and responding promptly to their needs.
  • Plan and deliver on-site events and activities to help foster a sense of belonging and community.
  • Drive local sales activity and help to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
