Led by a licensed FIFA agent, AGO provides clients with direct access, regulatory credibility, and real transaction experience within elite football and global sport. The company works with a select number of clients to ensure focus, discretion, and high-quality execution.
Role Description
The Student role at AGO Entertainment is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Student will support deal origination and execution by conducting market and partner research, preparing briefing documents, and assisting in the analysis of sponsorships, brand partnerships, and investment opportunities.

Day-to-Day Tasks

- Organizing data and materials for internal meetings
- Helping draft presentations and reports
- Contributing to the coordination of projects across sport, music, and entertainment
- Supporting communication with partners
- Maintaining accurate records of discussions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work
This position offers exposure to commercial strategy, deal structuring, and the business side of elite sport and entertainment.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify commercial opportunities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports and presentations.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office and productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with data.
- Demonstrated interest in sport, music, and entertainment business, particularly in sponsorships, brand partnerships, and investments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, maintain discretion, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Law, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior internship or project experience in commercial, consulting, finance, or marketing environments is beneficial.
