Student Front of House Assistant

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Student Front of House Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About The Role
This role is offered on an hourly paid basis.
- Provide excellent customer service in a live restaurant setting
- Welcome guests and manage seating in a professional and friendly manner
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments
- Support lunch and evening service during busy periods
- Prepare and maintain dining areas to a high standard
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
- Students currently enrolled on a Hospitality or related programme
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer experience
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-keeping skills
- Confidence when interacting with customers
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, particularly during peak service times and Saturdays
