About You

You will be an experienced leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the student experience. You will have the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a busy, customer-focused environment.

You will be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and work collaboratively to improve services and achieve positive outcomes. With strong organisational and problem-solving skills, you will be able to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions, and respond effectively to complex issues.

Experience of working in a customer-facing, multi-channel service environment is essential. You will be comfortable using data and feedback to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive service excellence.

Above all, you will be proactive, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding experience for students.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The position is campus-based and requires on-site working across all Student Hub locations, including Southampton campuses and Winchester School of Art.
