Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Student Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham.

About the Role

It involves:

  • Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
  • Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, overseeing the referencing process and ultimately handing over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
  • Emailing property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & completing thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
  • Ensuring adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness.
  • Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
