About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organised and sales-minded Student Recruitment & Agent Partnerships Executive to support our growing student recruitment activity. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident speaking with prospective students, comfortable making a high volume of calls, and able to manage leads professionally through HubSpot. The successful candidate will also support the management of education agent partners, helping them with programme information, application updates and recruitment activity.

For the right candidate, there is also a clear progression opportunity into a Manager role, with the potential to help build and manage a future global recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up with student leads using HubSpot.
  • Make regular outbound calls to prospective students and respond to enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Qualify leads, understand student needs and guide prospects through the next steps in the admissions process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, tasks and pipeline updates.
  • Support education agent partners with programme information, application updates and recruitment materials.
  • Help monitor agent activity, performance and student conversion.
  • Work towards agreed recruitment, conversion and sales targets.
  • Support webinars, online information sessions and student engagement campaigns.
  • Attend education fairs, conferences and partner meetings when required.
  • Work closely with the senior team to improve lead conversion and agent performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
