Are you passionate about helping people take the next step in their education while building strong partnerships that make a real difference?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Student Recruitment and Customer Services team, leading Higher Education admissions while delivering engaging student recruitment activity across both Further Education and Higher Education. You'll play a key role in developing relationships with schools, colleges and external partners, supporting prospective students from their first enquiry through to enrolment and helping the College grow its student community.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and deliver student recruitment and engagement activities across Further Education and Higher Education.
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with schools, sixth forms, FE colleges and external partners to support learner progression and increase applications.
  • Plan and deliver recruitment events, school liaison activities, open events and outreach programmes.
  • Lead the administration of the Higher Education admissions process, including UCAS applications and applicant communications.
  • Provide high-quality information, advice and guidance to prospective Higher Education students throughout their application journey.
  • Monitor applications, offers and enrolments, using data and insights to improve recruitment activity and conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Curriculum, MIS and partner organisations to deliver a seamless applicant experience.
  • Coordinate and support Student Ambassadors to deliver engaging recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate admissions records and ensure compliance with College policies, GDPR and safeguarding requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working in student recruitment, outreach, admissions or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and managing partnerships with schools, colleges or external organisations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Confident presentation and event delivery skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience of CRM or student data systems.
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering an excellent applicant experience.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and adults.
