Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Student Recruitment Officer role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Student Recruitment Officer will support prospective students in exploring study options in the UK, advising on suitable courses and universities aligned with their academic background and career goals.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting consultations
- Reviewing academic documents and personal statements
- Guiding students through application requirements, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities

The role involves:
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
- Coordinating with partner institutions
- Preparing students for interviews or admissions tests where required
The Student Recruitment Officer will also participate in outreach activities, such as education fairs, school visits, and online information sessions, while contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and materials.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with diverse students and stakeholders and provide clear, empathetic guidance.
- Experience in recruiting or student recruitment, with the ability to attract, support, and convert prospective students through the application cycle.
- Skills in interviewing and assessing candidate suitability for specific courses or institutions, and providing constructive feedback.
- Ability to contribute to job description development or role profiling for internal and partner initiatives related to recruitment and outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail when reviewing documents and statements.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple student cases, deadlines, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM tools (e.g., MS Office, student databases), and comfort working with digital communication platforms.
- Understanding of the UK higher education system, admissions requirements, and scholarship schemes; prior experience in education consulting or university admissions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a similar discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
