Are you a highly organised and empathetic professional dedicated to supporting the well-being and success of young people? Leigh Academy Strood has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Student Services Manager to join our team from September 2026.
About the Role
As the Student Services Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive academy culture. You will be the bridge between students, staff, parents, and external agencies, ensuring that every student has the pastoral support they need to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. This is a busy, fast-paced role that requires a personable approach, a calm demeanor, and a genuine passion for student advocacy.
