Position Summary
Provides admissions, registration, academic record, and other information to students, faculty, and the general public.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Refers individuals to the appropriate CNM resources; explains and interprets CNM information via telephone, in person, or online.
- Performs general office duties, including:
- Data entry and retrieval
- Manual and electronic processing
- Telephone answering
- Other clerical duties
- Responsible for other related duties of a similar nature and level, as assigned.
- Employees must comply with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, OSHA standards, and wear required personal protective gear if applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with two (2) years of related experience.
- Works at CNM Rail Yards:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Occasionally: Saturday shifts
- Preference: Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Best consideration by July 12, 2026
