Student Veterinary Nurse

Job Title: Student Veterinary Nurse
Salary: £26,701 FTE
Location: Avonvale Vets, Southam branch
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 33.25 per week, 1:6 Saturday mornings at a branch surgery, and 1 in 8 full Saturdays or Sundays 1-2 bank holidays/year
Avonvale Vets are looking for a fabulous, proactive Student Veterinary Nurse to join their team!
Role and Responsibilities:
This is a fantastic opportunity to train to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse in a supportive, busy practice with a fantastic caseload.

- You will spend 3 days per week working in practice
- 1 day per week studying at an RCVS approved college
- 1 day off to ensure there is time for the extra study
You will need Maths, English and Science GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent) plus the ability to organize your own travel to the college.

About Us
Based in the sought-after area of Warwickshire, we have the best of both worlds with historic castles, beautiful countryside including the nearby Cotswolds and with the City of Birmingham only 30 minutes’ drive and London a direct train away.
