We are looking for a passionate and gifted Students & Young Adults Pastor to lead and grow our ministry among students and young adults.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and invest in the spiritual lives of the next generation. We are seeking someone with a genuine heart for discipleship and a passion for creating welcoming, life-giving communities where students and young adults can encounter Jesus, deepen their faith, discover their God-given gifts, and be equipped to serve others.
The successful candidate will provide vision and leadership for both ministries, inspire and develop volunteer teams, and create engaging opportunities for outreach and discipleship. A important part of the role will be cultivating strong partnerships with local organisations, including the University of Gloucestershire Christian Union, Fusion, and churches across the town.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
