Job Summary

The Studio Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio. From managing day-to-day administrative tasks, submitting payments, and onboarding new suppliers, this position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting a creative environment.

  • Manage the studio’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and events.
  • Process payments for suppliers and freelancers.
  • Support the Photography team with image uploading.
  • Assist in the management of studio equipment and supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Handle incoming communications.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier records.
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Support the creative team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management, or related field with 1 year of experience in process coordination or studio operations.
  • Proficiency in learning new software, project tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in process optimization and workflow improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
