About Papier

At Papier, we believe in the power of the blank page. Since the business was founded in London in 2015, we've been crafting beautifully designed stationery—from journals and planners to wedding invitations—that inspire creativity and meaningful connections. With over £60 million raised and a growing presence in the UK, US and beyond, we're on a mission to make everyday moments noteworthy.

The Role

As our Studio Assistant, you'll provide day-to-day support across the Design and Creative teams, helping to bring our stationery collections and creative campaigns to life. From supporting the product design process and design administration to preparing for photoshoots, maintaining studio organisation and coordinating creative assets, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive and excited to be involved in every stage of the creative process while supporting the wider team.

About You

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Practical, proactive and happy to get stuck into a varied workload.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Passionate about design, branding, products and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable handling products, preparing samples and supporting photoshoots and events.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a creative studio, retail, events, marketing or design environment would be beneficial.
  • Positive, adaptable and excited to contribute to a growing creative brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
