Studio Co-ordinator / Marketing Assistant Location: Tooting Film Studios, Tooting, London (CR4 2JX) Salary: £28,000 Base + Monthly Sales Bonus (OTE up to £41,000 per annum) Reports to: Studio Director / Founder
Company Descriptions Tooting Film Studios: London’s most affordable soundproof film studio, purpose-built for documentaries, interviews, and high-end product shoots. Serial Box Studio: An EVCOM Rising Star Agency 2023, specializing in branded content and "Human Stories" for global brands and charities. The Role We are seeking a dynamic Studio Co-ordinator / Marketing Assistant to sit at the heart of our operations.
This is a dual-focus role across both our studio space and our production agency.
We are looking for a proactive individual who lives within 5 miles of the studio. As a key holder in a startup environment, you are the face of the studio; we need someone who can reliably reach us even when London transport falters, ensuring our clients’ productions always start on time.
Main Responsibilities
- Studio Co-ordination & Operations Booking Management: Lead the end-to-end studio booking process, from initial inquiry to "wrap." Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional hospitality and technical reassurance to visiting crews. Facilities Management: Maintain studio and equipment processes, ensuring the space is "shoot-ready" at all times and managing relationships with external suppliers/kit hire houses. On-Site Support: Occasionally assist with basic studio resets or gear movements to support incoming productions.

- Marketing & Growth (Both Companies) Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute cold outreach (Email/LinkedIn) to producers and brands to drive new studio bookings and agency inquiries. Content Creation: Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) for both brands, creating "Behind the Scenes" reels and showcase content. Digital Communication: Write and distribute the monthly newsletter and occasional blog posts highlighting recent projects and studio news. CRM & Sales Support: Maintain our client database, ensuring all leads are followed up—your diligence here directly impacts your monthly bonus. Event Planning: Help organise studio "Open Days," industry mixers, or workshops to build the local creative community. The Ideal Candidate Location: Strictly local to Tooting/Mitcham (within 5 miles of CR4 2JX). Experience: Previous experience in film production or studio environments is essential. You should know your way around a call sheet and understand basic technical details. Skills: Social Media Savvy: Ability to use Adobe Express to make high-quality social content. Copywriting: Strong written English for professional emails and engaging newsletters. Sales Mindset: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone to follow up on a lead or pitch our space to a new agency. Attributes: Proactive, "can-do" attitude, and the grit required to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Benefits & Compensation Competitive Pay: £28,000 base salary. Performance Bonus: Monthly sales-related bonus with the potential to reach £13,000 per annum based on studio bookings and lead conversion.
