STUDIO INSTRUCTOR One City – Battersea Power Station, London Location: Battersea Power Station London Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Weekend availability required) Salary: Competitive (per class rates)
About the Role At One City, we are looking for experienced fitness professionals to join a world-class team and play a pivotal role in the growth of the UK’s most exciting fitness community. Key Responsibilities ● Lead & Inspire: Deliver high-energy, structured studio classes to mixed-ability groups, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-standard workout environment. ● Class Programming: Design and execute effective class structures, pacing, and music programming (with ongoing support from our head coaching team). ● Brand Ambassador: Represent One City with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity, both inside and outside the studio. ● Community Building: Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that aligns with our core values of consistency, community, and progress.

What We Are Looking For ● Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Fitness/Group Exercise Qualification. ● Experience: Proven experience teaching group fitness classes in a boutique studio or premium gym setting. ● Presence: Exceptional confidence, time-keeping skills, and the ability to command a room. ● Mindset: A growth mindset, a competitive spirit, and a proactive, reliable attitude. ● Adaptability: The ability to coach diverse fitness levels, offering progressions and regressions where needed.
