Creative Studio Manager (Mat Cover)

The Agency
My client are a creative business experience agency, delivering impactful brand experiences across live, hybrid, and virtual events. They partner with global brands including Canva, Google, Santander, and Visa to create experiences that put people first.
The Role
They are looking for an organised, proactive Studio Manager to keep the creative team running smoothly. You'll be the driving force behind resource planning, project scheduling, and studio operations, ensuring the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.
What You'll Do
- Manage creative resource planning across projects and pitches
- Schedule and allocate work across the creative team
- Coordinate freelance resource when needed
- Keep project schedules, forecasts, and studio processes up to date
- Work closely with Client Services, Project Management, and Production teams
- Monitor budgets, timesheets, and creative approvals
- Support onboarding, contracts, and studio administration
- Manage creative team holidays and assist the Creative Director with diary management
- Help improve studio processes and drive operational efficiency

What They’re Looking For
- Experience in a Studio Manager, Traffic Manager, or Resource Manager role within a creative agency
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing creative teams and workloads
- Knowledge of 3D design workflows within events, conferences, or experiential marketing
- Understanding of CAD, visualisation, and production timelines
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and resource
- Calm, approachable, and solutions-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Experience with resource management or traffic systems is desirable
